Wireless transmitter for load cell C2S, TC4, D100, T20

The WIMOD wireless transmitter is a radio module that used on different models of load cells allows to interface up to 32 cells to a single control PC. The module, powered by an internal rechargeable battery, provides an autonomy of 1000 hours, covering a maximum distance of 200 m in free air. The transmission frequency is 433 MHz. This makes secure and reliable the communication even in the presence of other transmission systems such as mobile phones, walky talky, radio microphones, remote controls ecc. that normally work on different frequencies.

Because of its extreme ease of installation the system is used in various applications such as: Weighing and balancing of plant, machinery, boats where you must change the location and number of load cells to be used from time to time. Real-time monitoring of the distribution of loads suspended on metal structures used for stage lighting and plant engineering. It is available a stand-alone receiver module RxWIMOD that can work without using a PC. This module has got an RS232 output for applications with PLC or other custom electronics.
